Trac Release Update

Here are the steps that are done on the release day.

Admin panel:

• Complete the milestone
• Add new milestone (3 releases from the completed one)
• Add new version

Tickets:

• Move all the tickets assigned to the completed milestone to the next one
• Update Release Progress Tracking and SP checklist queries
